Build confidence as you learn the basics of pole, including beginner spins, poses, sits, and climbs. No previous experience necessary!
You'll gain a ton of strength in this class by working on intermediate maneuvers, transitions, and inverts (going upside down!). You should be able to climb before registering for this class and demonstrate a Jasmine and Genie on both sides.
Late intermediate/Early Advanced tricks, flips, splits, and combos. You should be able to invert comfortably on both sides before registering for this class and demonstrate crucifix, leg hangs, and butterfly.
This class is for the more seasoned polers. Some example moves are Deadlifts, Phoenix, Bird of Paradise, Spatchcock, and Eagle. Prerequisites: Brass monkey, shoulder mount invert, and Ayesha.
Open to all students who want to train at their own pace in an independent environment. This is your chance to perfect the moves you've been working on!
Take everything you've learned and apply it to a fun choreographed dance! Heels and knee pads are encouraged. Instagram approved.

Improve your coordination/balance and tone your body while learning the fundamental moves of ballet. With a focus on posture, straight legs, and pointed feet, this class will help you develop the beautiful lines that are desired in all dance forms.
Build the muscles and motor control necessary for inversions and other pole tricks. This class will get you ripped!
Polga (pole yoga) blends pole fitness with yoga in a unique, intense and fun workout that can be done by any age or fitness level. It takes basic yoga poses and utilizes the pole for deeper stretching, strengthening, and alignment. Polga is great for flexibility and stability while retaining yoga's meditative and relaxing aspects.

Natasha was classically trained in ballet and other forms of dance from a young age. Looking to get back in shape after becoming a mom, she discovered pole fitness and was immediately hooked!
She is a Jacqueline-of-all-trades, with a background in music, dance, aviation, business, and finance. Natasha enjoys hot springs, traveling, playing piano, and rollerblading.
Haley fell in love with aerial arts in 2014 when she tried to teach herself the basics of aerial silks from an online pdf. She soon came to her senses and began taking classes in silks, lyra, trapeze, and pole. She feels very fortunate for the opportunity to train at, perform with, and/or work for pole studios in Arizona, Florida, California, and Nevada. When not at the pole studio, Haley can be found working as a physical therapist or training her small munsterlander puppy.
Claire will be instructing level 1 & 2 pole classes. She has been pole dancing for five years and dancing in various forms all her life. She is an engineer by day and her hobbies include horseback riding, ceramics, gardening, and hockey.
Christine is a former professional figure skater turned professional pole athlete. Christine fell in love with aerial arts after touring on Disney On Ice and eventually found a new passion in Pole Sport. Christine was a National finalist for PSO in 2021/2022, and USPSF Worlds competitor in 2022. When she is not training or competing, Christine loves to hike and paddle board up at amazing Lake Tahoe with her family and friends.
Amanda is a Reno native and fell in love with pole dancing in 2016. She has taken courses to further her teaching abilities so that all levels will feel safe and comfortable learning with her.
Amanda loves the outdoors, including camping and biking, but doesn't shy away from a good horror movie on the couch!
Kallie was first drawn to yoga in 2007 in school. She earned her RYT200 hour certification through Sacred Roots teacher training in 2022 under Kelly Aguilera and Kerri Huddleston in Reno, NV.
Her teaching approach is one of inclusion and acceptance. She encourages people of all experience levels to come practice with her in a fun and noncompetitive safe space.
Kallie is a cat mom to 4 kitties. Outside of yoga practice, she loves to dance, roller skate, read, practice pole fitness, and cook/bake.
Ana began her dancing journey when she was 8 years old. She has done acrobatics, contemporary, ballet, jazz dance, and eventually found her full passion in pole art in 2016. Ana has competed and won in various competitions in her hometown in Ukraine. In 2019 Ana moved to Reno and fell in love with the gym while taking a 3-yr break from pole. In August of 2021 the universe sent her Vertical Barre, which has become her new family. Whenever Ana has free time, she goes to the gym, trains for upcoming competitions, goes in nature, and expresses herself through art.
